TK Estate is a private real estate boutique advising an international clientele on the world's most exceptional homes. From Jeddah and Riyadh to Dubai, France, Spain, and select destinations further afield, we represent a carefully chosen portfolio of ultra-luxury residences — the kind of properties that are rarely seen and even more rarely available. We are independent by design. We work with only a small, carefully selected group of developers whose standards match our own, and we do not list at scale. Every home we take on is measured against one standard — whether it belongs among the very best in its market. If it does not, we decline. This is how we earn the trust of the clients we serve, and how we keep it.

We work with a small number of clients, and we work with them closely. Every relationship is handled at principal level, with the discretion and judgement our clients expect. We do not measure ourselves by the number of deals we close. We measure ourselves by the quality of the homes we represent and the private referrals that follow.
